--- Make sure that you have read the documentation before --- --- attempting to make changes to this file. --- PEP (People Empowering People) is a program which trains individuals (facilitators) to administer classes within correctional institutions for the prisoners on life-skills such as financial management, housing issues, non-traditional careers and work on community projects. The program was started more than a decade ago, and volunteers have trained hundreds of prisoners in Connecticut prisons.
