I would like to let everyone know the Air Handlers in ESB are scheduled to be serviced on April 21, 2020 during first shift and may be spread out over a few days. This will entail isolating units one at a time while the filters are changed. Please let us know if you have any concerns or questions regarding this scheduled PM.
Following further guidance from the Governor and University to further reduce the presence of staff on campus, CLAS Facility Services will suspend this week's on-campus coverage schedule that I emailed last week. I know that this may cause some frustration and confusion, but we hope you understand that the current circumstances have led us to make this difficult decision. Managers will be working from home until further notice, please continue to email or phone them with any questions or concerns. Facilities Operations will be monitoring buildings systems.
Cheryl confirmed that there are signs posted on ESB directing deliveries to Central Stores, 3 Discovery Drive.
Best, Jess

Just a quick heads up to let you all know the extra odorant added to the buildings main natural gas line has been isolated from the system. The extra odorant was added to the main line when the building was first built in order to saturate the new gas pipes. Natural gas to the building, provided by CNG, is infused with a standard amount of odorant.
